- Alcohol & exercise
- Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.
- No massage or saunas
- Do not rub the treated area, and avoid vigorous face washing, massage and saunas for 24 hours.
- Day of treatment
- It is best to avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise on the day of treatment.
- Lukewarm water
- Skip hot showers on the day of treatment and wash gently with lukewarm water.
