What is atopic dermatitis?

Atopic dermatitis (eczema) is a chronic, recurring itchy skin condition that usually begins in infancy. Rather than simply calming the visible inflammation, careful treatment that restores the damaged skin barrier is key to breaking the cycle of flare-ups.

At REORB, a board-certified dermatologist closely assesses each patient's symptoms to provide the most suitable personalized treatment.

※ The recommended treatment may vary depending on your current skin condition and concerns.

“Rebuilding the skin barrier to restore
your skin's natural health”

With solutions tailored to each patient's skin, we aim to break the vicious cycle of chronic eczema and achieve lasting improvement.

  • Case 01

    Weakened Skin Barrier

Skin struggles to hold moisture, becomes dry and reacts more easily to external irritants.

  • Case 02

    Genetic Factors

A family or personal history of eczema, asthma or allergic rhinitis may increase the risk.

  • Case 03

    Overactive Immune Response

Even mild irritation can easily trigger inflammation and worsen itching.

  • Case 04

    Environmental Triggers

Soaps and cleansers, dry air, dust and allergens can make symptoms worse.

How Eczema Symptoms Change with Age

The commonly affected areas and the appearance of lesions differ in infancy, childhood and adulthood, so care should be tailored to age.
