- Avoid massage & devices
- Avoid massage and RF or ultrasound devices on the treated area for about one week.
- Stiffness & tenderness
- You may feel stiffness, tightness, mild swelling or tenderness, but this usually eases within a few days.
- No alcohol or smoking
- Avoid alcohol and smoking for at least 3–5 days after treatment.
- Sun protection
- Keep your skin well hydrated to support recovery, and always wear sunscreen when you go out.
- Gentle cleansing & makeup
- Unless you notice any problems, gentle cleansing and makeup are fine from the day of treatment.
