- Discomfort
- You may feel some tightness or soreness after treatment; this gradually subsides.
- Exercise & saunas
- Avoid strenuous exercise, public baths and saunas for about one week.
- Massage & rollers
- Please avoid massage and facial rollers for 1–2 weeks.
- Sun protection
- Avoid sun exposure, and wear a hat or use a UV umbrella when you go outside.
