- Marketing and promotion: delivery of the Clinic’s promotional information, analysis of visit frequency, and statistics on members’ use of services

- Procedure: Information you entered for membership registration and similar purposes is automatically deleted when you cancel your membership. Except as required by law, personal information is not used for any purpose other than the purpose for which it is retained.

- Method: Permanent deletion from the database

In principle, the Clinic does not disclose users’ personal information to outside parties, except in the following cases:

- Where users have given prior consent

- Where required by law, or where an investigative agency requests it for investigative purposes in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law

❑ Rights of Users and Legal Guardians

Users and legal guardians may at any time view or modify the registered personal information of the user or of the child under 14 concerned, and may request cancellation of membership. To view or modify the personal information of a user or a child under 14, click ‘Change Personal Information’ (or ‘Edit Member Information’, etc.); to cancel membership (withdraw consent), click “Cancel Membership”. After completing identity verification, you can view, correct or cancel directly. You may also contact the Personal Information Manager in writing, by phone or by email, and we will take action without delay. If you request correction of an error in your personal information, the Clinic will not use or provide that information until the correction is complete. Personal information cancelled or deleted at the request of a user or legal guardian is handled as specified in “Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by the Clinic” and cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
